Coordination Services
Both Select Hotel Management, Inc. have developed properties from the ground-up and we have assumed responsibility for complete renovation of existing properties. We have implemented complete changes in food and beverage operations including décor, menu, pricing, and staffing. Successful hospitality products must include planned changes to upgrade, and replace furniture, fixtures and equipment in order to remain competitive. Select has the knowledge, expertise, and resources to economically achieve successful renovations.

Property Renovations
We will support your project during the planning and development phases by performing plan review to identify and coordinate for operational needs, furniture, fixtures and equipment considerations, and system specifications. We will design and develop operating policies and financial controls.

We deal on a day to day basis with most national franchise personnel. We will assist in selecting the appropriate flag for your property and guide you through the steps and hurdles to meet the requirements for the flag most appropriate for your project.
